Nicolai Tillisch is passionately working with ambitious people to help them utilize their potential and make a greater difference. He combines deep insight into human beings with a wide understanding of professional work environments.
Nicolai works with leaders on four continents as a coach and facilitator and is a popular keynote speaker and guest lecturer. He is associated with Cultivating Leadership, a global coaching firm specializing in adult development and complexity. Furthermore, he is a co-founder of Deliberate Development, which developed and offers the StepUpYourDay software platform.
His career bridges the spheres of the so-called right- and left-brain. Nicolai studied game theory and behavioral economics at the University of Copenhagen, before beginning his professional career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Thereafter, he joined DDB Worldwide, one of the most creative advertising networks, as the managing director for a brand agency. He later held executive positions in corporate startups within Hutchison and Nokia Siemens Networks, until choosing to work full-time with leadership development in 2011.
Nicolai and his wife, Ida, live in Copenhagen with their children Margaux and Axel.
